    Gary Oldman also works with Christian Slater a lot. He worked with him in True Romance, The Contender and of course, Murder in the First, where all three of them appear.

    Because he just plays a hammy bad guy in most of his movies. And he’s disliked by the Academy, following the controversy surrounding The Contender.

    This was Gary Oldman’s first movie where he used an American accent. Genius! Number one actor in the world followed perhaps by either Ledger or Downey.

    Don´t forget Kevin Bacon.Great.Both worked together in JFK and MURDER AT THE FIRST.

    Gary Oldman is the genius of the past two generations. Heath Ledger followed in his footsteps.

    I freakin love Gary Oldman! He is one of the best actors in history and a genius when it comes to making the character with all his different accents and looks. He really puts a lot of hard into his movies and always delivers. Why has this man never gotten an academy award!?
