   No. I think there should be zero tolerance, and I’ll tell you why.
   I had a brother. I was 7, he was 5. We were in the car with my father at the wheel. We went through an intersection on a green light. Another car went through that same intersection on a red light. He T-boned us, hitting our car right where my brother was sitting. I watched him die waiting for the ambulance to arrive. The man was who hit us was drunk.
   So I’m extra sensitive about drunk driving. I hate it hate it hate it.

   When you’re already seeing two sets of lines on the road I think a sliding scale would just lead to more crashes. Sometimes I have a problem trying to hit my driveway man, then I get out my truck and fall down and have to crawl inside because if I stand up I might fall off the earth.

   Stuey, Stuey, Stuey…you know the answer to this question. No one should drink and drive. Take the subway, cab, bus, or walk. You would be out of harms way and out of the way to harm others.

   please tell me where you live so I dont get on the same road as you.. I drink as well but wont ever even if I think I am not as intoxicated .. you only have one life! take care of it.. good luck ! =)

   yeah. first offense, 5 years in prison. second offense, 15 years and third offense, life. is that what you meant?
