How Do You Feel After Drunk Driving?
If you drive home drunk and don’t kill anyone or cause harm in an accident are you really any different from someone that does? Isn’t it just luck of the draw which means all drunk drivers are on the same level? How guilty should you feel if you were driving drunk (not trashed) even though nothing happened?

I can remember driving drunk only one time in my life. When I pulled into a parking space in front of my house it was the greatest relief I had ever felt.

i usually just feel drunk.
maybe hungry too
But seriously, dont be holier than thou or blame regular people for these situations. There’s another point of view out there that’s not politically correct…
assuming you’re in the US, its the way cities are planned that cause this phenomenon in the first place. lets zone things so that the people live here, and the bars there, so they have no way other than to drive to get to them. that was genius.

I did it only a few times, but felt really bad and prayed I did get home safely and not hurt anyone.

I used to feel relieved when I got home…now I wouldn’t even put myself in that position after attending a MADD meeting.
