   A quarter pound is a pretty serious amount…. not what one would have for personal use. 4 counts for trafficking and had some weed on him? He is a donner no matter what.
   Any lawyer would do. About $5K but if he was caught red handed it would be a waste in a way….. but just having a lawyer could get him a better deal. But with these charges even if he spent $50K he is still screwed.

   …depends on if you are guilty and just want to get the best deal, or you want them to get you off…probably for the best lawyer would be around 50 to 100K+…there is many hours involved and they have to pay their staff to do the running work…if you did it and they have you dead to rights…you either need to give someone up for less time and strike a deal…or buy some duct tape and soap on a rope…

   depends on how good of a lawyer you want, basically what it comes down to and it depends on how much he/she does for you, some charge by hour some charge flat rate so you will need to call some lawyers to get a more precise answer

   Curtis 1911 is probably right. But I think it depends on the integrity of the law firm. If you don’t have money, one will be appointed for you at little cost. They are called Public Defenders.

   You should’ve had a good one on retainer if you were doing something like this… take care of the problem before it happens.
