Hey stupid, what would you tell the judge? “Your Honor,I wish to sue the city for $xxxx because I was arrested for operating machinery / a motor vehicle on a public road,potentially endangering the welfare of others.” Good luck with that lawsuit you bonehead. Not so much. He was definitely passive-resistant to the LEO in this case. You CAN be arrested for that, which he was! You have to obey an officer’s orders!

Is it any wonder this country is in trouble! Two fools in the same place…I must say I personally think the guy on the mower is the poster boy for drunken idiots. The officer should have just waited for him to fall off of the mower. He likely would have hurt himself and ended the whole situation.

The cop warned the guy half a dozen times that he would spray him if he didn’t get off the tractor. He was a drunken, littering, urinating asshole. Some say police brutality. So they let him go on his way and he runs into YOUR kid. Then what? Police inaction? The guy obviously had no respect for the law, the road, the environment, common decency or himself. He got what he deserved.
