What Are The Consequences Of A Dui With Your Learners Permit?

Is getting a dui (first offense and age 18) with your learners permit different than getting one with a lisense in the state of California? What are the estimated consequences?

Jail time, and suspension or possible loss of liscence. A HEFTY fine.

oh that’s really bad. You shouldn’t be drinking and driving at all. I hope “your friend” learns right now that it will cost a lot of money to get through this but more so it will cost pride. People tend to look down on drunk drivers. Too many innocent people have been killed by them.

I don’t know if the consequences are different, but it immediately qualifies you to be an absolute idiot.

    Nothing good.
    Don’t drink and drive.
Missed a few public service announcements, huh?
    Stupid.

Hopefully they’ll take away your learner’s permit and put you in jail for a while.

i dont know hopefully they take away your permit, dont let you get your licence, and lock you up for a while, if at the age of 18 you think its ok for you to drink and drive you arent old enough to be behind the wheel of a car. Starting habits like this are just going to hurt or kill someone sooner or later.

    Dear Friend,
They will likely paint you green and parade you down the town’s main street. Followed by a public harangue at the hands of Tom Arnold.
    Yours in Him,
