What Makes A Great Criminal Defense Attorney?

What should you find out about an attorney before you hire them to defend you. Do you think a lawyer can help you get out of trouble?

A great criminal defense attorney is one who has no conscience and does not mind putting a criminal back on the street.

it’s if they feel like working or not. ms. artsy the prosecuters are the ones letting the criminals back out on the streets over and over again.

The qualities of a great criminal defense attorney (or, for that matter, a great civil attorney) include:
    1. Being able to pick a good jury.
    2. Being able to tell a good story.
    3. Understanding the rules of evidence and the constitutiona protections afforded suspects.
    4. Being sufficiently personable that there isn’t obvious friction between the attorney and the rest of the people in the court.
The difference between a good criminal defense attorney and a bad one is a conviction, when there’s any room to show reasonable doubt.

Of course a lawyer can get you out of trouble, and the more they cost usually the better they are, look at the severity of their cases and how many they won.
