It all depends upon the judge and how many charges it racks up.
-DUI
-OUIL
-Child endangerment
-No child restraint
You would probably receive jail time, lots of fees and fines, possible court-issued alcoholics course, and might go as far as possibly removing child from that person temporarily.
Like I said before, it all depends on the severity of the amount of charges and the judge’s final decision.
It is hard to imagine why someone would be so stupid to do that to begin with.

Three felonies in my state:
1.) Driving while under the influence of alcohol
2.) Child endangerment
3.) Driving an infant without a car seat.
Since we have the three strikes law here, the miniumum sentence would be “life” or 7 years without the possibility of parole. Obviously, in addition to that your kids would be taken from you and your driver’s license would be revoked.

It all depends. The DA could charge for all or only a few of those charges. Something like drunk driving could be a low as a ticket or as serious as going to jail. Regards to the child, it could possibly be considered reckless endangerment of a minor, child neglect or they again could simply issue a ticket (which would be wrong, but ‘wrong’ happens all the time).

That would be considered to be child endangerment. Drunk driving you usually lose your license and have to attend a substance abuse program and you have to pay a fine and there may be probation but child endangerment is a little more serious.

Depending on the state, OWI, reckless endangerment, just to name a few, have I said enough?

Since you are hurting a child, you would probably get a long time in prison. Never ever drink and drive.
